TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 180 "B" OF 2019 By (1) Mwongia Ezekia Njagi, (2) Egidio Njiru Njagih and (3) Silas Njiru Njagi, all of P.O. Box 1342-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiel Njagi Miciri, late of Embu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2009. CAUSE No. 121 OF 2019 By (1) Susan Wanjovi Kiringa and (2) John Ireri Kiringa, both of P.O. Box 355-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiringa Njogu, late of Itabua Sub-location, who died at Mwea Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 247 OF 2019 By Raphael Kaumbuthu Njeru, of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kachigua, late of Makengi Sub-location, who died there on 23rd September, 2000. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2020 By Josephine Sarah Njoki Nyaga, of P.O. Box 24-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's grandmother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Muthoni Ukavi, late of Makengi Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
