TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made. in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Paul Mutelu Ole Tikani and (2) Evaline Nayainoi Rorat, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewis Lapiyoi Tikani, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
