TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 83 OF 2019 By Katana Mangi Meri, of P.O. box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Balozi Chengo, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2020 By Benson Mulewa Katana, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Mulewa Karema, who died at Malindi, on 16th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
