TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 141 OF 2019 By (1) Luvuno Makupe Yawa and (2) Jambo Makupe Yawa, both of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makupe Yawa Katungo, who died at Ngamani, Kauma, on 12th January, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
