TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 257 OF 2019 By Simon Karanja Nduthu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wanjiku Nduthu, who died at Ngararia Sub-loCation, on 14th July, 2019. CAUSE No. 258 OF 2019 By Simon Karanja Nduthu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nduthu Wainaina, who died at Ngararia Sub-location, on 9th February, 1999. CAUSE No. 313 OF 2019 By (1) Tabitha Wanjira Ndungu and (2) Eliud Mbugua Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau alias Mukunja Kibe, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 23rd August, 1992. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of tbis notice in the Kenya Gazette.
