TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 205 OF 2019 By (1) Florence Wanjiru Muchai, (2) Joram Nganga Kiamni, (3) Marion Wangari Kimani and (4) Jane Wanjiru Githii, all of P.O. Box 12068, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grishon Kimani Njuguna, who died at Karandi,on 1st March, 2012. CAUSE No. 305 OF 2019 By (1) Eunice Wanjuki Kinyanjui, (2) George Wanjuki Watutho and (3) Samuel Waweru Watuthu, all of P.O. Box 1004, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Watuthu Nguthiru, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 1999. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By Margaret Nyawira Kiiru, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murimi Kabugu Munyinyi, who died at Mwenje Location, Laikipia, on 16th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
