TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2019 By Michael Timothy Musau, of P.O. Box 244-90130, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilili Musau, who died at Kalimani, Muisuni, on 9th February, 2000. CAUSE No. 256 OF 2019 By James Mutinda Paul, of P.O. Box 510-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mutuku Masaku, who died at Matetani, on 20th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
