TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By Muthami Mutambu, of P.O. Box 1, Mutomo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Kambua Mutambu, who died at Mutomo, on 23rd January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2019 By Mwikali Syengo, of P.O. Box 1, Mutomo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syengo Ikuthu, who died at Mutomo, on 6th November, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
