TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 177 OF 2019 By Sicola Mutunge Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 327-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Mwaniki Ngunda, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 180 OF 2019 By (1) Joshua Musya Kitana and (2) Rose Ndunge Kyengo, both of P.O. Box 1, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kyengo Kitana aims Kitana Kaleli, who died at Makueni Sub-County Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
