TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2019 By Esther Nelima Manyasi, of P.O. Box 437, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kusimba alias Kusimba s/o Shindai, who died at Kivaywa, on 23rd April, 1999. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2019 By John Magana Mwachi, of P.O. Box 82, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Kalukhana Mwachi, who died at Chebwai, on 5th July, 2011. CAUSE No. 373 OF 2019 By (1) Grace Khasoa Museve and (2) Bemard Achelo, both of P.O. Box 332, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Martin alias Otalo Martin, who died at Lukume Sub-location, on 7th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
