TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 107 OF 2019 By (1) Robert Wanjala Mumboi and (2) Christopher Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Muboi Muhone Mulusombo alias Mhoi Muwone alias Mumboi Muhone, who died at Shikendu Sub-location, on 8th August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
