TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 542 OF 2019 By Mary Aoko Ochali, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achoche Opusi alias Acheche Opusi, who died at Kotieno Konuonga, on 3rd August, 2014. CAUSE No. 403 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Anyango Juma, (2) Kevin Ochieng Okach and (3) Kevin Otieno Okatch, the deceased's dependants, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Rahael Okatch Ogando alias Raphael Okach, (2) Jeconiah Okach Afudu alias Jeconia Okach and (3) Mark Onyango Afudu alias Afudu Afudu , who died at Usigu Sub- location, on 30th November, 2003, 13th February, 2003 and 20th April, 2013, respectively.
