TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 134 OF 2018 By John Nyangoma Okal, of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate .to the estate of Michael Okal Otieno, who died on 6th January, 2012. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2019 By James Otieno Owuor, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Owuor Yimbo, who died on 5th August, 2006. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Joel Oriema Odongo, of P.O. Box 19060, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Midenyo Awuor Midigo alias William Midenyo, who died on 15th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
