TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 152 OF 2019 By Charles Masitsa Musinya, of P.O. Box 97-50309, Tiriki in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kibusinda, who died at Chavogere Sub- location, on 6th March, 2003. CAUSE No. 165 OF 2019 By Gladys Imali Aligula, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Alikula Obonyo, who died at Jumuia Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2014. CAUSE No. 180 OF 2019 By (1) John Andiva Savatia and (2) Samuel Andiva, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adfa Kavunga Aluvisia •alias Andiva Aluvisiya, who died at Shiru, on 29th August, 1985. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2020 By Stephen Masia Sabatia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabatia Masia alias Joram Sabatia Masia, who died at Banja Sub-location, on 3rd April, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
