CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2019 By Elisa Atepe Akatu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malaki Akatu Opango alias Asumani Opango, who died at Inaya in 2000. CAUSE No. 237 OF 2019 By Joyce Mukolwe Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Otieno Onduro alias William Nundu Onduro, who died at Lunza in 2016. CAUSE No. 238 OF 2019 By Julius Kusimba Watiti, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Watiti Okusimba alias Richard Watiti, who died at Musanda in 1980. Box 181, Khwisero in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amboko Ashioya, who died at Wambulishe, on 4th July, 1995.
