APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) (h) and (2) and section 8 (6) of the Kakamega County Water Act, 2019, the Governor appoints— LABAN PETER AYIRO (PROF.) to be the Chairperson of the Board of Management of the Kakamega County Urban Water and Sanitation Corporation, with effect from the 2nd January, 2020 to 31st May, 2022.
