REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Kageha Mudeya and (2) Clinton Aradi Injairu, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.19 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Vihiga, registered under title No. North Maragoli/Buyonga/2480, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisiuon of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
