THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njau Kagima alias Njau s/o Kagima (deceased), of P.O. Box 28360, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.64 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Othaya/Itemeini/582, and whereas the Judge in the High Court of Idenya at Nyeri in succession cause no. 102 of 2004, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to Wahito Kirago, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said Wahito Kirago, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njau Kagima alias Njau s/o Kagima (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
