RE-ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE of correction is given by the County Government of Mombasa for the calendar year starting on the 1st January, 2020, as levied rates on all rateable property appearing in the 2011 valuation roll as follows: (a) Commercial/Industrial Property-0.8% (b) Residential/Agricultural Property-0.6% The cited percentage are of the unimproved site values of the rateable property as appears in the said valuation roll. The rates are due and payable from the 1st January, 2020 to 31st March, 2020, after which penalties on outstanding rates will attract interest as provided in the statute. DENIS L.
