APPROVAL

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plan was on 29th December, 2017 approved by the County Assembly of Kericho. A certified copy of the development plan as approved has been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Public Works Building, Ground Floor. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Public Works Building, Ground Floor, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. —1.00 p.m. and 2,00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to purchase copies of the plan and the written document may do so on application to the County Executive Member for Land, Housing and Physical Planning.
