TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2020 By Peter Maina Njuguna, of P.O. Box 2887-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wairimu Njuguna, late of Njoro, who died there on 17th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Josphine Mumbi J. Mwangi and (2) Milcah Wangari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 26, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Njuguna alias Mwangi Njuguna, late of Gilgil, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
