TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Rahab Waithira Irungu and (2) Robert Kamau Kangethe, both of P.O Box 42368-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kariuki Kangethe, who died at Gachanjiru, on 14th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
