TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2020 By Maurice Ochieng Tata, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Omolo Otiende alias Omollo Otiende, who died at Korando "B", on 7th May, 1980. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2020 By David Mbarani, of P.O. Box 87-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvia Kataike, who died at Runda, on 1st December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
