TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 506 OF 2019 By (1) Mark Sikuku Bisuche, (2) Timonah Wasike Bisuche and (3) Gilbert Timonah Wasike Makhanu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nekesa Bisuche, who died at Makhendu, Maliki, on 25th September, 2012. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By (1) Richard Wanyonyi Wangila and (2) Stanley Khamala Wangila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Wangila Nabiswa alias Wangila Nabiswa, who died at East Sang'alo, on 20th August, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
