TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2019 By Peter Musyimi Kitonyi, of P.O. Box 558-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kitonyi Muiva, who died at Mubau. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By (1) Sarah Wanza Kivuva and (2) Emmanuel Kyama Kituva, both of P.O. Box 316-00515, Bum Bum in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kituva Kivuva, who died at Bum Bum. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wambinya Wambua, (2) Titus King'oo Kimeu and (3) Patrick Kimuyu Kioko, all of P.O. Box 558-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Kioko Ndambuki alias Kimeu Kioko, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
