TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 17 OF 2017 By (1) Beatrice Akoth Ochieng and (2) Nicholas Ongoro Ogaye, the deceased's daughter and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Odinga Ongoro, who died on 29th May, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
