TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2019 By (1) David Otieno Ouru and (2) Alice Atieno Ouru, both of P.O. Box 268, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Ouru Mbada Alando, who died at Konyango, on 20th September, 2004. CAUSE No. 116 OF 2019 By Maurice Owiti Siguti, of P.O. Box 26, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omito Ober, who died at Kachola, on 25th October, 1986. CAUSE No. 117 OF 2019 By Walter Ayiera Ochienge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Ochieng Okwayo, who died at North Kaganda, on 1st June, 1992. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2019 By Maurice Owiti Siguti, of P.O. Box 26, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thengre Ezekiel Ober, who died at Kachola Sub-location, on 9th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
