APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Land
Control Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning appoints—
ELIJAH 0. MOSITET to be a member of Kajiado North Land Control Board in Kajiado
North Sub-county, Kajiado County, with effect from the 1st
November, 2019. The appointments of Ruth Wanjiku Wakaba* and
Peter Melita Nakeel* are revoked.
