THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Muiruri Mwangi (ID/5158402), (2) Joseph Maina Njogu (ID/11565324) and (3) John Wambugu Kingori (ID/10503415) (as trustees of Nanyuki Muungano Welfare Group), all of P.O. Box 1091-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.044 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Nanyuki Marura Block 3/5866 (Sweetwaters), and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
