THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gabriel Mwangi Kamau alias Gabriel Mwangi Minyote (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia Kinamba Block 1/238 (Mwenje), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 26 of 2016, has issued grant in favour of Johana Kiarie Mbogichi, and whereas the said Johana Kiarie Mbogichi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Johana Kiarie Mbogichi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gabriel Mwangi Kamau alias Gabriel Mwangi Minyote (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
