NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 4, in Volume B-13, Folio 1972/14794, File No. 1637, by our client, Aboud Breik Misfar Al Amen, of P.O Box 82439-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Aboud Breik Misfar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Aboud Breik Misfar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aboud Breik Misfar Al Ameri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Aboud Breik Misfar Al Amen only.
