TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By (1) Anna Kipyego and (2) Catherine Seroney, both of P.O. Box 288, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipyego Chirchir, who died at Mediheal, on 11th November, 2019. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By Felister Jepchumba Peter, of P.O. Box 695, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Jebet Kosgei alias Maurine Jebet Kosgei alias Maureen Jebet Kosgei alias Maureen Chebet Kosgei, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
