TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 76 OF 2019 By Eddah Migarusiah Adede, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmy Lyavuli Kiggundu, who died at Dunga, Kisumu, on 28th May, 2018. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2019 By Pery Wairimu Maina, of P.O. Box 154-80100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Darius Mwawasi Njumwa, who died at Kanga, on 11th December, 2018. CAUSE No. 210 OF 2019 By Mkoba Mtwana Ndenge, of P.O. Box 122-80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mtwana Ndege Kadilo alias Mtwana Ndege Kadilo, who died at Mgumo wa Pasta, Rabai, on 18th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
