TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 502 OF 2019 By (1) Linah Kobilo Kipyegon and (2) Maria Jesire Kipyegon, both of P.O. Box 7133-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kipyegon Roktok, late of Baringo, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
