TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 381 OF 2019 By Joseph Gikunju Mbubi, of P.O. Box 300, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbubi Njogu alias Mbugi Njogu, late of Mutithi, Kirinyaga, who died there on 5th April, 1974. CAUSE No. 386 OF 2019 By (1) Alice Wangechi Mwai and (2) Alex Kariuki Mwai, both of P.O. Box 53, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwai Kariuki alias Francis Mwai, late of Mwerua, Kirinyaga, who died at Kithumbu, on 8th April, 2019. CAUSE No. 392 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Muthoni Mutugi and (2) Peninah Watiri Njeru, both of P.O. Box 92, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Njeru Ruingi , late of Kiangai, Kirinyaga, who died Komboni, on 14t17 September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
