TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 of 2020 By Benson Mathenge Mwangi, of P.O. Box 3, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millica Wangui Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2011. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Elizabeth Wangari Muturi, of P.O. Box 80, 01 Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Muturi Nduati, who died at North Kinan,;op c:Jiholic Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
