TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2019 By (1) Ranin ene Parkuyiare and (2) Leiteng ole Parkuyiare, both of P.O. Box 42-00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parkuyiare ole Shuiyo Muae, late of Loodariak, who died there on 6th April, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
