TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 351 OF 2018 By Dorca Atieno Odongo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeconia Odongo Ombewa alias Jacton Odongo Ombewa, who died at Lieta, Rarieda, on 23rd October, 2008. CAUSE No. 379 OF 2019 By (1) Phoebe Anyango Ochieng and (2) Linet Atieno Omolo, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ochieng Onywero, who died at Kapiyo Sub-location, on 14th November, 1999. CAUSE No. 380 OF 2019 By (1) Sarah Akoth Ngesa, (2) Caroline Adhiambo Ngesa and (3) Benard Omondi Ngesa, the deceased's widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Ngesa Osuya alias Mourice Ngesa Osuya, who died at Pala Sub-location, on 8th August, 2009. CAUSE No. 381 OF 2019 By James Ogola Odawa, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Opany Waloga, who died on 4th November, 1989. CAUSE No. 383 OF 2019 By (1) Ruth Akinyi Olum and (2) Victor Onyango Olum, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Olum Ochieng alias Olum Ochieng, who died on 27th March, 2003.
