TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 58 OF 2019 By Lydia Chemtai Kassachoon, of P.O. Box 396, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of 'letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selina Cheposeker Kasachon alias Selina Cheposeker Kassachoon, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 29th July, 2010. The Court wilt proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Parakuo ene Konokoi, of P.O. Box 320, Kilgoris in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of NIcurunyinyi Ololnjilalo Kongongoi, who died at Osinoni Sub- location, on 20th November, 2016.
