TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Akinyi Otolo and (2) Linet Achieng, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George William Otolo, who died at Ramunde, on 19th September, 1992. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2019 By Celestine Samanda Ogutu, the deceaseds' sister-in-law and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Remjus Ogutu Makiyo, (2) Makios Mahola, (3) Okech Ademba and (4) Okelo Okello, who died at Uyundo, on 28th April, 2010, 25th October, 1980, 22nd August, 2003 and 5th May, 2018, respectively. CAUSE No. 313 OF 2019 By William Onyango Nyula, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondi Otaro, who died on 17th July, 2000. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2019 By Mary Adhiambo Omuga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuga Mganda alias Omuga Muganda Okwako, who died on 4th November, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
