WHEREAS Elizabeth Chepkorir Chepkwony (deceased), of P.O. Box 2090, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kabianga/1550, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate Court at Kericho under succession cause no. 22 of 2016, has issued grant and letters of administration intestate to Joel Kiplangat Ngetich, and whereas all efforts.to trace the title deed has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objectiqp has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Chepkorir Chepkwony (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
