CAUSE No. 225 OF 2019 By Vivian Moraa Maikuri, of P.O. Box 89165-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Nyang'au Kenyambi, who died at Migandini, on 23rd December, 2018. CAUSE No. 247 OF 2019 By (1) Khadija Ramadhan Katende and (2) Fatuma Elias Charo, both of P.O. Box 190-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramadhan Katende Ria, who died at Machakos, on 19th October, 2018. CAUSE No. 479 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Wairimu Kimani and (2) Michael Mung'ara, both of P.O. Box 85768-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kimani Macharia, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
