TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2019 By (1) Mwikali Mutiso and (2) Kyalo Musyoki, both of P.O. Box 49, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Musyoki, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Susan Kavesu Musau and (2) Elizabeth Mwikali Musau, both of P.O. Box 72-90133, Tawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithi Mulwa, who died at Kalawani Sub-location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
