TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2019 By (1) Titus Muleshe Angoya and (2) Habilly Andanje Wangoya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angoya Nasitsi alias John Angoya Nyasitsi, who died at Kisa Central Location, on 28th April, 2006. CAUSE No. 38 of 2020 By John Mark Munyiri, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Makokha Were alias Harrison Washington Makokha, who died at Lunza Sub-location, on 2nd July, 1991. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2020 By William Kukiya Ongoro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Luchera Kukiya alias Lusera Kukuya, who died at Doho Sub-location, on 23rd July, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
