Box 677, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mburu Mwangi, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2019. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Fabiano Okilipa Murunga, of P.O. Box 55, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siliphasio Murunga Ekwaro ,who died at Nasusi Sub- location, on 13th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Jacob Simiyu Wanyonyi, of P.O. Box 100, Kamkuywa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wanyonyi Mutoro, who died at Makhonge, on 11th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Julius Barasa Luchwala and (2) Peter Wamalwa Luchwala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Luchwala Sipeti, who died at Kaimosi Friends Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
