TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By Dennis Bartonjo Rutto, of P.O. Box 91-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Yatich Ruto alias Justus Yatich Ruto, who died at Eldama Ravine, on 14th January, 1978. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Jonah Kipchumba Tanui and (2) Priscilla Teriki Tanui, the deceased's grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Rimo, who died at Kabogor Sub-location, on 22nd June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
