IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 58 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the County Assembly of Migori in its 9th sitting of fourth Session of the Second Assembly held on the 27th February, 2020, the Governor , Migori County, appoints the persons named below, to be members of Migori County Public Service Board, with effect from the 27th February, 2020.
