NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of MN reg. No. KAG 949J, Nissan UD Lorry/Truck, one flatbed trailer without number plate, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle/salvage from Messrs. Super Fabricators Limited yard, along North Airport Road, behind Basco Paints, Nairobi, upon payment of repair and accumulated storage charges within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle/salvage will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray repair and storage charges in accordance with the provisions of the Disposal of the Uncollecetd Goods Act.
