THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret N. Wanyonyi, (2) Febe Simiyu, (3) Jane Nafula, (4) Beatrice Nanyama, (5) Joan Wanyony, (6) David Wanyonyi, (7) Stephen Wanyonyi and (8) Nyongesa Mukasa Mabonga, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as S. Malakisi/S. Kulisiru/556, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
