REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Davies Kinyanjui Nderu, of P.O. Box 3327-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.441 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 20/44, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card of certificate of lease issued therefore has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
